1.General Provisions

1.1. This privacy policy (hereinafter: „Policy”) sets out the rules for the processing of your personal data by Aqua Properties spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością,  with its registered office in Warsaw, at Grzybowska 2/29, 00-131 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000861748, having REGON: 387166597 and NIP: 5252837898 (“Controller” or “we”) within the website available at AquaProperties.pl („Service”).

1.2. By using the Service, you accept the contents of this Policy.

2.The purposes and legal basis for data processing

2.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. a) reply to your message sent with the use of a contact form available at the Service or directly to the Controller’s e-mail address,
2. b) conduct marketing involving the promotion of our products, services or our business, if it is clear from the content of your message or the consent you have given that you are interested in our offer or cooperation with us.

2.2.  The legal basis for our processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest in ensuring that the purposes of the processing indicated in Section 2.1 are achieved. 

3.Information on the voluntariness of providing the data

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but without you providing your contact information, we will not be able to respond to your message or present our offer or cooperation opportunities.

4.Data retention period

We will process your personal data for the time necessary to conduct and manage correspondence on the issue raised in the message you sent, and in the case of processing for marketing purposes, until you object to further processing for marketing purposes.

5.Data recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed to our IT service providers, including hosting of the Service and e-mail correspondence, and to courier and postal companies.

6.Rights of data subjects

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. In addition, if you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable laws, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
